There were many furious people we ran into everytime we walked up to the front desk. We woke up one morning with no water anywhere for a few hours!! And the front desk was not staffed. Pool area is downright filthy with stagnant water and loose bricks that kids could trip over. The hot tub doesn't work and people are aware of it but don't seem to care. After repeated calls we got the rooms cleaned once during our stay. The first night we were there we did not have linens for the pull out queen!! How are we expected to use this bed? After repeated calls to the front desk no linens were provided and we had to sleep without it! Next day at some point, a bag of linens was left outside each room after we all walked to the front desk a few times for them. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out queen. This was one of my worst experiences of staying at a resort ever. We stayed at this resort for a week over Christmas. Croix staff for providing a five-star plus experience with stellar hospitality worthy of many future stays for native and visiting travelers! … Thank you! The staff (all deserve honorable mention) at the poolside bar provided an array of beverages for our diverse family and friends efficiently despite having a full house.
