we called down first thing in the next day and the lady said yes we could extend 1 night and stay in our same room but i had to come down to check in as they would need my card again, not even 15min later i arrived at check in to be told sorry we booked the room you were in, and they cant hold the room even for you to get dressed and walk down stairs. When we called down to reservations the lady at the desk was very rude as we had a couple questions such as availability for pool time the next day so we decided to wait until morning to deal somebody else as she was very rude. We booked a 2 room suite 1/5/21 for 1 night and were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay another night. After spending a large amount of money I somehow misplaced my wallet probably left it on a machine I had just come back in from outside so there was only a short period of time where I could have lost it maybe 30 minutes I immediately went to security and told them which happened to be at closing time they were very unhelpful and rude they told me to wait outside because I didn't have my ID and they would have security check on the cameras I waited out front for over an hour I had to call into the casino three times to get an answer out of them after waiting that whole time outside nobody that I called on security had any idea what I was talking about and when I finally got somebody on the phone who did they told me that they're findings were inconclusive and the security person that I spoke to hung up on me after being incredibly rude I am appalled as the overall lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff at this casino I spent a reasonable amount of money and was respectful and polite the entire time not to mention I am a veteran of the United States army and I was treated as if they not only didn't care but treated me as if I had done something wrong I'm not sure that I've ever been treated so incredibly rude by anyone in a professional type setting let alone by not one not two but three different people I absolutely will never be attending this casino again and I suggest that if anyone wants to be treated with even a basic minimum level of respect for human beings then they not attend this casino
